Why I started this
20+ years learning this at large companies. Now I bring it to the shops that need it most.
Over 20 years in operational excellence and transformation, across manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, technology, banking and energy, in North America, Europe and Africa, I learned what actually makes continuous improvement stick, and what makes it fail.
Large companies can afford a team of consultants and a six-figure software budget to build this. Small manufacturers can’t, and most of what’s sold to them is either too generic to use or too expensive to justify.
TRI Principles Institute exists to close that gap: the same operating system, management system and people practices that work at scale, built directly in the tools you already have, at a price a small shop can actually afford.
